Gravity Perks Terms Of Service

Many forms, such as bookings, rentals and service requests, need the visitor to agree to a set of terms first. Gravity Perks Terms Of Service handles this inside the form itself. You add a Terms of Service field, place your legal text in a scrollable window, and require a checkbox for consent. If you want, you can make people scroll through the whole text before the box can be checked.

The terms can be written in the field using HTML or shortcodes, so you can reuse the content of an existing terms page and keep one version of the text. The same text can be added to confirmation messages and email notifications through merge tag modifiers. Field sizes and styling can be adjusted to match your site, and the field works with Gravity Forms conditional logic, keyboard navigation and WPML.

Features

• Terms field for any form: Add a customizable Terms of Service field to any Gravity Form, with a scrollable window for the text and a checkbox that records the visitor's consent.
• Optional full scroll requirement: Require users to scroll to the end of the terms text before they can check the agreement box, so they at least see the whole agreement.
• Terms in confirmations and emails: Append the Terms of Service text to confirmation messages and email notifications using merge tag modifiers, keeping what the user agreed to in their messages.
• HTML and shortcode support: Place styled text, links or dynamic shortcodes inside the field, which lets you present longer or more complex terms in a readable way.
• Reuse your existing terms page: Embed the content of the Terms of Service page already on your site directly in a form, so you manage the wording in only one place.
• Conditional logic support: Show or hide the terms checkbox automatically with Gravity Forms conditional logic, so only the forms and choices that need agreement ask for it.
• Accessibility and WPML: The field supports keyboard navigation and works with WPML, which helps on sites that serve visitors who use assistive input or several languages.
• Field sizes and styling: Choose from several field sizes and adjust the styling so the terms box matches the look of your site and the rest of the form.

Best for
