LatePoint Addon - Zoom

Booking a virtual appointment usually means a second step: someone has to create a Zoom meeting, copy the link and send it to the client. This add-on handles that step for you. Once an appointment is approved in LatePoint, a Zoom meeting is generated and the link is made available to the agent and the customer, so nothing falls through the gaps between booking and meeting.

Setup is short. You enter your Zoom API credentials, assign Zoom users to your agents, and turn on Zoom for the services that need it. The add-on supports OAuth authentication and works with agent profiles and customer dashboards. Because it is built only for LatePoint, virtual meetings sit next to in-person appointments in the same system and your existing workflow stays as it is.
