GamiPress - Submissions

Some activities cannot be tracked automatically online. A user might finish a workshop, do volunteer work, or complete a task in the real world and need to show proof. GamiPress – Submissions covers these cases by letting users send a form that describes what they did, so their effort can be recognized in the same system as your other rewards.

Administrators set up the submission forms, including an optional notes field where users explain their entry. Every submission arrives in an administrative screen where you can review it and approve or reject it. Once approved, the related achievement or rank is awarded through GamiPress. It fits education platforms, community challenges and professional certifications.

Features

• Manual review and approval: Administrators check each submission before an achievement or rank is granted, which suits activities that need a person to confirm the work was done.
• Configurable submission forms: Administrators set up the forms users fill in, so the information collected matches the task being validated.
• Optional notes field: Users can add a note to explain their submission, giving reviewers extra context when they decide whether to approve it.
• Central submissions screen: All received submissions are managed from one administrative screen, where administrators can go through entries and approve or reject them.
• Achievements and ranks as rewards: Approved submissions unlock GamiPress achievements and ranks, so manually validated tasks sit alongside the rest of your gamification setup.
• Built for offline tasks: Use it for real-world activities that cannot be tracked online, such as workshops, volunteer work, certifications or other accomplishments that need evidence.
• Works with GamiPress: The add-on extends the GamiPress gamification plugin, so submissions connect to the achievements and ranks you already manage there.
