Visitors can buy points directly, or pay to unlock a specific achievement or rank, so your gamification system can also bring in income for a business or community site.

Setup happens on the administrator side. You define a conversion rate for each points type, so the value of a point matches your own reward economy. You also set a price for each achievement and rank. Payments run through Bank Transfer, PayPal Standard or Stripe, which gives buyers a choice.
