Newsletter - PostMark Delivery Addon

Emails sent from a standard web host can land in spam folders or arrive late. This addon addresses that by handing delivery over to Postmark, a service built for sending email. Your Newsletter plugin keeps creating and managing messages, while Postmark takes care of getting them to subscribers' inboxes.

Once connected, you can follow the status of each email, including opens, clicks, bounces and successful deliveries. The addon also deals with bounces and complaint notifications automatically, which helps protect your sender reputation. It suits sites that already run the Newsletter plugin and send regular mailings or account notifications to subscribers.

Features

• Postmark connection: Links your existing Newsletter plugin to Postmark's email delivery service, so outgoing messages are sent through that infrastructure rather than your web host.
• Better inbox placement: Designed to help newsletters and transactional emails avoid spam filters and reach subscribers' inboxes more consistently.
• Delivery tracking: Shows the status of each email with detailed reports on opens, clicks, bounces and delivery success, so you can see what happened to every message.
• Newsletters and notifications: Handles different email types, from regular newsletters to account notifications and other transactional messages, all through the same Postmark connection.
• Analytics dashboard: Provides an analytics view of your email campaigns, giving you information to review and use when planning future communication.
• Bounce and complaint handling: Manages bounces automatically and sends complaint notifications, which helps you maintain your sender reputation over time.
• Simple configuration: Set up inside the existing Newsletter plugin without requiring technical expertise, so you can start routing mail through Postmark quickly.
