Gravity Forms Enhanced Choices

Standard radio and checkbox fields in Gravity Forms show plain text lists. This add-on lets you attach images, icons and other media to each option, so the answers look the way you want them to.

Styling runs through a theming system with control over each individual choice. You can build your own themes in the theme editor, or start from ready-made themes in JetSloth's library. Themes can be exported and imported, which helps when you want the same look across several forms or projects. It is built as an add-on for Gravity Forms, so it works inside the form builder you already use.
