Gravity Forms Image Choices

Standard radio buttons and checkboxes work, but they can be dull when the choice is visual. Gravity Forms Image Choices solves that by letting you attach pictures to each option. You pick files from the native WordPress media library, so there is no need to add HTML to form labels just to show an image. PNG, JPG, GIF and SVG files are all supported.

The plugin works with several Gravity Forms field types: product, single product, poll, survey, quiz and shipping fields. Visitors can open a lightbox preview to see an image larger before deciding. On your side, entries show thumbnail previews of selections, and merge tags can bring image choices into notifications and confirmations. It also works with extensions such as Gravity Wizz and Gravity PDF.

Features

• Image radio buttons and checkboxes: Replace standard text options on radio and checkbox fields with images, so visitors choose by looking at the pictures instead of reading plain labels.
• Media library image selection: Add PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG files straight from the native WordPress media library, without placing HTML inside your form labels.
• Product field support: Show images on product and product option fields, and on single product fields, so users can see variations and select a quantity.
• Lightbox image previews: Visitors can zoom in on an image choice through a lightbox popup, which helps when details matter before they pick an option.
• Polls, surveys and quizzes: Image choices work with the Gravity Forms Polls, Surveys and Quiz add-ons, so interactive forms can use pictures as answer options.
• Thumbnails in entries: Entry tables and entry details display thumbnail previews of the images people selected, which makes reviewing submissions easier.
• Merge tag compatibility: Use Gravity Forms merge tags to display image choices in notifications and confirmations, so the selection is visible in messages as well.
• Optional label visibility: Control whether radio and checkbox labels appear, which allows a clean, minimal design where the images carry the choice.
