Open Road Child Theme

Many bloggers want a site that looks polished without designing every page from scratch. Open Road Child Theme gives you a neutral, content-first foundation built on Divi. Blog pages and layouts are already developed, so your posts and visuals sit front and center. Travel bloggers, influencers and personal brands can add a logo, images and copy, then adjust the look to match their own style.

The theme also covers the parts around the posts. The sidebar lists recent posts, categories and tags, and it includes dual author bios and an email sign-up form. Social share icons, an Instagram plugin integration and category presentation help visitors find more of your writing. The Aspen Footer Editor plugin, a login customizer and a 404 page template round out the site experience.

Features

• Clean neutral design: A versatile, uncluttered look keeps attention on your blog posts and images, and it adapts easily to your own style and brand identity.
• Full blog layouts: Blog pages and layouts are already developed and set up for readable posts, so you can start publishing without building the structure yourself.
• Detailed sidebar: The sidebar includes recent posts, categories, tags, dual author bios and an email sign-up form for building your reader community.
• Social sharing icons: Several social share icon options make it simple for readers to pass your posts along on major platforms, with multiple share sections on the page.
• Aspen Footer Editor plugin: Create a site-wide custom footer that reinforces your branding and helps visitors move around your site.
• Login customizer: Personalize the default WordPress login page so it matches your brand and feels consistent with the rest of your site.
• 404 error page template: A designed error page greets visitors who land on a broken link, giving them a clear, professional page instead of a blank dead end.
• Instagram plugin integration: Display your Instagram feed on your blog to connect your social media followers with the content on your website.
