Overview
Rental sites need more than a pretty layout. Visitors want to filter by location, price and amenities, read details about a property and see which dates are open. Owners and managers need a way to handle reservations without juggling spreadsheets. Homey brings these jobs together in one theme, with dynamic search filters, availability calendars and detailed listing pages.
The theme fits a small set of properties or a larger multi-host marketplace. Owners and renters each get a dashboard for bookings, listings and profile settings. Payment gateways, built-in reviews and ratings, WooCommerce compatibility and translation support (including WPML) cover the practical needs of a rental business. The admin panel lets you adjust appearance and functionality without writing code.
Features
- Advanced search and filtering: Visitors can find properties by location, price, amenities and availability, using dynamic search filters that narrow down the listings quickly.
- Detailed property listings: Each listing can include photos, descriptions, amenities and reviews, giving renters the information they need to make a decision.
- Booking calendar and management: An integrated availability calendar and booking tools let property owners and renters handle reservations in one place.
- Instant booking or requests: Owners choose how bookings are confirmed, either through instant booking or through booking requests they review first.
- Customizable user dashboard: Property owners and renters get personal control panels for managing bookings, listings and profile settings.
- Multiple payment gateways: The theme supports popular payment methods, so guests can pay in a way that suits them, including users in different countries.
- Reviews and ratings: Renters can leave feedback on properties, which gives future guests more context when comparing listings.
- Multilingual and WooCommerce ready: Translation plugins such as WPML are supported for international audiences, and WooCommerce compatibility allows additional e-commerce options on the same site.
