WS Form PRO - Moosend

Forms and email lists often live in separate places, which leaves site owners copying contact details by hand. WS Form PRO – Moosend closes that gap. You build contact forms, subscription forms or surveys in WS Form, then link them to Moosend so each submission can sync to a list you choose. A double opt-in setting is also available for subscriber confirmation.

The form builder uses drag and drop, so you can design complex forms without writing code. Conditional logic lets a form respond to what a visitor enters, and multi-step layouts break longer forms into smaller parts. Customizable templates help you match the form to your brand. It also works with other WS Form PRO add-ons, such as payment gateways and CRM integrations.

Features

• Moosend list sync: Form submissions sync with your Moosend lists, so the details visitors enter on your site can go straight into your email marketing.
• Double opt-in setting: A double opt-in setting is available, so new subscribers can confirm their address before they are added to your Moosend list.
• Conditional logic: Forms can adapt to user responses, showing the right fields at the right time so the data you collect fits each visitor.
• Customizable form templates: Start from a ready-made template or build your own, then adjust the form to match your brand's voice and goals.
• Drag-and-drop builder: Design complex forms visually without any coding knowledge, adding and arranging fields as your needs change.
• Multi-step forms: Split longer forms into smaller steps so visitors face a few questions at a time instead of one long page.
• Real-time validation and spam protection: Instant validation rules catch input errors, while built-in CAPTCHA and anti-spam measures help keep unwanted submissions out.
