WS Form PRO - User Management

Sites that take sign-ups often end up stitching together separate tools for registration, login and profile pages. WS Form PRO – User Management brings those jobs into WS Form PRO, so the same form builder you already use can create accounts, log users in and let them update their details.

Because it works inside the WS Form PRO drag-and-drop builder, you can apply conditional logic to user workflows and set roles and permissions for each account. Forms adapt to desktops, tablets and smartphones, and you can organize, view and export submissions. It suits membership sites, community portals and any site where visitors need accounts.

Features

• User registration forms: Create customizable registration forms that capture the user information your site needs when someone signs up.
• Login forms: Add login functionality so users can sign in and get quick access to their profiles.
• Account and profile management: Users can update profile details, reset passwords and manage their personal information directly through your forms.
• Roles and permissions: Define specific roles with tailored access rights, giving you control over what each user can see and do on your site.
• Submission handling and export: Organize, view and export user submissions so you can review the data collected through your forms.
