wpDiscuz - myCRED Integration

Comment sections often go quiet because readers have little reason to take part. This add-on ties wpDiscuz comments to the myCRED points system, so contributions are recognized. Comment authors gain points when their comments get upvotes and lose points when they get downvotes. Voters can also earn points for rating other comments.

Administration happens on a dedicated myCRED Hooks page in the WordPress dashboard, where you set how many points are awarded or deducted for likes, dislikes and voting. Badges and ranks show under comment author avatars, and you can turn that display on or off. It suits sites that already run, or plan to run, wpDiscuz and myCRED together.

Features

• wpDiscuz and myCRED connection: Joins the wpDiscuz comment system with the myCRED points system, so comment activity feeds directly into one shared rewards program on your site.
• Points for comment votes: Comment authors earn points when their comments receive likes and lose points when they receive dislikes, which ties rewards to how the community responds.
• Voter rewards: Users who vote on comments can earn points for doing so, which gives readers a reason to take part in moderating discussions.
• Badges and ranks under avatars: myCRED badges and ranks appear beneath comment author avatars, so member achievements are visible right inside the discussion.
• Badge and rank visibility toggle: Choose whether badges and ranks are shown in comment lists, so the display matches the interface you want for your readers.
• Customizable point amounts: Set how many points are given or taken away for comment likes, dislikes and voting actions, directly from the settings.
• Dedicated myCRED Hooks page: A page in the WordPress dashboard lets you enable, customize and manage the points conversion settings for the integration in one place.
• Responsive and RTL support: Badges and ranks display on desktop and mobile, and full right-to-left support makes the add-on suitable for sites in RTL languages.
