Flexible PDF Coupons PRO - Advanced Sending

Coupons and gift cards are easier to use when they arrive at the right moment and read like a message written for one person. This plugin gives store owners control over both. Each email can carry the PDF coupon or gift card as an attachment, so the recipient has a ready document to keep, download and use.

Timing is set through delay options. You can send right away, wait a simple interval, pick one fixed date, or let the customer choose the date. Email subjects and bodies are edited in a rich text editor, and shortcodes such as {recipient_name}, {coupon_code} and {buyer_name} fill in the details. It is built for WPDesk users who want to manage coupon campaigns from their own site.

Features

• Multiple delay types: Choose a simple interval delay, a fixed send date or a date picked by the customer, so each coupon or gift card goes out when you planned.
• Send with no delay: Deliver a coupon or gift card to the recipient immediately after purchase when no waiting period is needed.
• PDF attachments: Attach formatted PDF coupons or gift cards to your emails so recipients get a document they can download and use.
• Editable email templates: Change email subjects and bodies with a rich text editor to match your brand voice or the goal of a campaign.
• Personalization shortcodes: Insert {recipient_name}, {coupon_code} and {buyer_name} into your emails so every message carries the right details.
• Recipient fields at purchase: Ask buyers for the recipient's name, email address and a personal message while they check out, if you want that information.
• Adjustable settings: Configure the plugin through user-friendly settings and change the options whenever your coupon campaigns need something different.
• Shop manager template editing: Shop managers can edit the email templates, so coupon messages can be maintained without relying on an administrator.
