Overview
Large orders rarely ship all at once. Some items may be on backorder, stock may cover only part of an order, or a customer may ask for products to go to different addresses. Handling all of that inside one order gets messy and invites mistakes. This plugin lets you break the order apart so each piece can follow its own path to fulfillment.
In the order screen you pick the quantity of each product to split off into a new order. The new order keeps the original billing and shipping details, so customer data stays consistent. You can then attach separate courier tracking information to each order. The plugin works alongside standard WooCommerce workflows and suits stores with complex shipping needs or several vendors.
Features
- Split one order into several: Divide a single customer order into multiple smaller orders so you can process and ship each part separately instead of holding everything until the last item is ready.
- Choose partial quantities: Select exactly how many units of each product to move into the new order, which gives you precise control over inventory and shipment planning.
- Customer details carried over: Each split order keeps the original billing and shipping details, so you do not need to re-enter customer information and records stay consistent.
- Multiple shipping addresses: Split an order to send items to different addresses when a customer asks for it, which helps with special delivery requests.
- Tracking per split order: Attach different courier tracking information to each split order so customers can follow each shipment on its own.
- Fits standard WooCommerce workflows: The plugin works alongside your existing WooCommerce processes and extensions, so your current order handling stays in place.
- Handles backorders and partial stock: Ship the available products right away and deal with delayed items in a separate order when stock only covers part of a purchase.
- WPML translation support: Compatibility with WPML translation has been improved, which helps stores that run in more than one language.
