Overview
Stores that sell online and at a counter often end up with two sets of stock numbers. A sale in one place leaves the other out of date, and products get oversold. This plugin links WooCommerce with Lightspeed Retail so both channels draw on the same inventory, and a sale on either side updates the quantities on the other.
It also brings product details from Lightspeed into WooCommerce, including SKUs, pricing, and short and long descriptions, which cuts down on manual entry and typing errors. The plugin works with Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) and also covers Lightspeed POS X-Series, and it needs an active Lightspeed Retail account. Connection and setup are handled from the WooCommerce dashboard.

- Product image handling: X-Series product images are fetched in batches, retried after temporary failures, updated when replaced in Lightspeed, and pending images appear on the Sync screen.
- Bot-aware stock checks: The Lightspeed inventory check is skipped when a crawler or bot adds a product to the cart, which preserves API rate limit for real shoppers.
