Ultimate Member - Notices

Communities need a way to tell members things: a welcome message, an announcement, a reminder to finish a profile. Ultimate Member – Notices gives you one place to write those messages and control who sees them. You can create as many notices as you need and show them across the site or only to selected groups of users.

Each notice can be targeted to everyone, logged-out visitors, logged-in users or specific user roles. You can style it with colors, fonts and icons to match your branding, add a call-to-action button, and place it with a shortcode. A count of close-icon clicks shows how often users dismiss a message.

Features

• Unlimited notices: Create as many notices as your community needs, so welcome messages, announcements and promotions can each have their own entry without a cap on the total.
• Site-wide footer notices: Show a notice in the site footer so it stays in view for visitors without interrupting how they browse the page.
• Shortcode placement: Embed an individual notice anywhere on your site with a shortcode, which gives you precise control over where each message appears.
• Audience targeting: Show notices to all users, only logged-out visitors, only logged-in users, or specific user roles, so each group sees relevant messages.
• Custom colors, fonts and icons: Style each notice with its own colors, fonts and icon so alerts match your branding and are easy to recognize at a glance.
• Dismissal tracking: See how many users click the close icon on a notice, which helps you judge how each message is being received.
• Optional call-to-action buttons: Add a button inside a notice to point users toward a page or action you want them to take.
• Profile completeness prompts: Show notices to users who have not uploaded a profile or cover photo, or who have incomplete profile fields, to encourage them to finish their profiles.
