SupportCandy Slack integration

Support teams that live in Slack often have to leave it to check a WordPress help desk. This extension closes that gap. It posts ticket activity from SupportCandy into a Slack channel you choose, so agents see new tickets and customer replies where they already talk to each other.

Agents can answer from inside a Slack thread, without logging into the WordPress backend. Each notification carries a link to the full ticket in your support portal. Slack users can be linked to SupportCandy agents, and a fallback agent handles replies when no match is found. Incoming webhook calls are checked with Slack's API verification.
