Ninja Forms Slack

Form entries are easy to miss when they sit in an inbox or a dashboard. This add-on moves them into Slack, where your team already talks. A new lead, support request or report appears as an alert in the channel you pick, and the people who need to act can see it without checking the site.

Setup happens inside the form builder. You add a Slack action to a form and connect it through a Slack webhook. From there you can shape the message, choose which channels receive it, and mention specific people. Sales teams, support staff and remote groups can all route submissions to the right place and keep contractors informed as entries come in.

Features

• Real-time Slack notifications: Each Ninja Forms submission can trigger an alert in Slack as soon as it arrives, so your team sees new leads and requests without checking the site.
• Slack action in the form builder: Add a Slack action to any form by drag and drop, then connect it to your workspace with a Slack webhook.
• Customizable alert messages: Write the notification to include the form data that matters, so the right channels or individuals get a clear, relevant message.
• Multiple Slack channels: Send notifications to different channels depending on the form type or submission context, which helps separate departments and priorities.
• @mentions for team members: Use Slack @mentions in your alerts to call out specific people so the right person notices a new submission.
• Custom emoji icons: Add custom emoji icons to your Slack messages so different kinds of submissions are easy to recognize at a glance.
• Works with current Ninja Forms and WordPress: The add-on is built to work with Ninja Forms and recent WordPress releases, keeping the connection steady once it is configured.
• Quiet background operation: After you configure it, the add-on runs in the background, so nobody has to track form submissions by hand.
