Ninja Forms Scheduled Submissions Export

Checking form entries usually means logging into WordPress, opening the form and exporting the data by hand. Repeat that across several forms or client sites and it becomes a chore. This plugin handles it for you. You choose a Ninja Form, set when the report should go out, and the submissions arrive by email without a login.

A central dashboard lists every scheduled export, so you can add, edit and monitor tasks for any Ninja Form in one place. Each export has its own delivery time, recipients and email subject. Business owners, developers and agencies can use it to keep teams and clients informed with regular submission reports.

Features

• Automated scheduled exports: Receive form submission summaries by email on an hourly, daily or weekly basis, so you do not need to log into WordPress to collect your data.
• Flexible scheduling options: Pick the exact day and hour each report arrives, so the delivery fits your own workflow or the needs of a client.
• Centralized management dashboard: Control and monitor all scheduled exports from a single interface, which keeps work organized across multiple sites and forms.
• Multiple recipient support: Send each export to one or more email addresses, which helps when a team shares the data or a client needs regular updates.
• Works with any Ninja Form: Connects directly with any Ninja Form on your WordPress site, so you can schedule exports for whichever form you need.
• Quick jump to form editing: Move straight from the export dashboard to the original form to make changes, without hunting for it in the admin area.
• Simple export setup: Create a new scheduled export by choosing the form, setting the schedule timing, adding recipients and customizing the email subject.
• Light on requirements: Built to run efficiently on current WordPress releases alongside Ninja Forms, using a modern PHP environment for dependable performance.
