LearnPress Commission Add-on

A marketplace with many instructors needs a clear way to split course revenue. This plugin logs each sale, calculates the commission and shows the result in a record both sides can read. Administrators can set a global default rate, then adjust it for a particular instructor or a specific course when a different arrangement makes sense.

Once sales come in, each commission entry carries a status such as Pending, Completed or Canceled/Failed. Payment statuses can be updated by hand, or payouts can be automated with payment plugins like PayPal Payouts. Instructors get their own dashboard, and administrators get revenue reports, so everyone can see what was earned and what has been paid.

Features

• Flexible commission rates: Set default commission splits for the whole marketplace, or assign unique rates to individual instructors and specific courses to match the way you share profit.
• Detailed earnings tracking: Every course sale is recorded with the course name, buyer information, order amount, commission percentage and the net amount the instructor earns.
• Commission status monitoring: Entries are marked Pending, Completed or Canceled/Failed, which keeps your financial records current and makes it easy to see where each commission stands.
• Payout management: Update payment statuses manually, or connect payment plugins such as PayPal Payouts to automate instructor payments and cut down on administrative work.
• Instructor dashboard: Instructors get their own interface to view orders, commissions, earnings and payout statuses, which keeps the process open and easy to follow.
