LearnPress Stripe Add-on

Online course sites need a clear way to take payment. This add-on connects LearnPress to Stripe so students can pay directly on your site, with no redirect to an outside payment processor. Card payments are handled through Stripe, and the payment amount is calculated automatically in the currency you choose.

The add-on accepts major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. It also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus over 40 localized payment methods, including Bancontact, Boleto, giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, OXXO, Cash App Pay and SEPA Direct Debit. This suits course creators who teach students in several countries and want them to pay the way they prefer.

Features

• On-site checkout: Students complete their payment without leaving your website, so the purchase stays inside your LearnPress course site from start to finish.
• Major cards accepted: Take Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover credit and debit card payments through the Stripe payment gateway.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay: Offer popular digital wallets at checkout so students can pay with the method they already use on their devices.
• Over 40 local payment methods: Support localized options such as Bancontact, Boleto, giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, OXXO and SEPA Direct Debit for students in different regions.
• Stripe security and PCI compliance: Payments run on Stripe's security standards, which include encryption and PCI compliance, helping protect sensitive student payment details.
• Setup with Stripe API keys: Configure the gateway from the WordPress admin dashboard inside LearnPress. Your Stripe API keys are all it needs to begin accepting payments.
• Automatic currency handling: Payment amounts are calculated according to the currency you choose, which reduces errors during checkout.
