Overview
Many site owners want income from their traffic but do not want to hand-build an ad system. GetPaid Advertising lets you sell hosted ad space directly to advertisers, or display ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense through HTML ads. It supports text ads, image banners, HTML ads and, with the GeoDirectory plugin, listing-related ads.
You create ad zones and decide where they appear: automatic rules, shortcodes or blocks, or template code snippets. Ads can be sold by impressions, clicks or time. Advertisers get their own dashboard to create and manage campaigns and see statistics, and you can moderate ads before they go live. Payments and invoicing run through GetPaid.

- GeoDirectory listing ads: With GeoDirectory and Pricing Manager, offer premium listing ads that appear prominently in search results, in a layout similar to a search engine results page.
- Payments and invoicing: Transactions and invoices are handled automatically through the GetPaid system, which keeps the financial side organized for site owners and advertisers.
- Ad moderation: Review ads before they go live, so you can check quality and keep control over what appears on your site.

- Fixed Ad image cropping now only reads images from safe locations.
- Security Listings lookup now only returns the user's own listings unless they are a site admin.
- Security HTML ad code saved in the admin ad editor is now filtered for users who cannot post unfiltered HTML.
- Fixed Ad and zone summary was missing from invoice line items in the admin, invoice page and emails.
- Fixed HTML ads could not be submitted from the dashboard.
- Fixed Ad target URLs with more than one query argument redirected to a broken address.
- Fixed Dashboard pages returned 404 when the dashboard is the static front page.
