FooEvents Bookings

Taking bookings by phone and email is slow for you and for your customers. FooEvents Bookings moves that work onto your website. Customers check availability and choose the slot they want themselves. You can use it for yoga classes, city tours, workshops or online consultations, and manage all the slots from one place in WordPress.

The plugin handles different booking setups. You can offer a single slot, several slots on one date, or a slot that spans multiple dates. A drag and drop slot builder and a Booking Wizard cut down setup time for recurring dates. On the day, the booking list in your dashboard and the FooEvents Check-ins app help you manage attendees.

Features

• Drag and drop slot builder: Create, organize and manage bookable time slots through a simple interface, so you can set up and adjust your schedule without editing each slot by hand.
• Booking Wizard date generation: Generate bookable dates automatically from a date range, chosen weekdays and stock availability, which simplifies setup for events that repeat.
• Flexible display modes: Choose how dates and slots appear to customers, including showing stock, hiding out-of-stock dates, and switching between date-first and slot-first booking flows.
• Multiple booking schemes: Support several slots on the same date, a single slot that spans multiple dates, or other booking structures that match what you offer.
• Zoom meeting creation: Generate Zoom meeting links automatically for booked virtual sessions such as online therapy, coaching, fitness classes, workshops and consultations.
• Built-in booking management: View, sort and modify customer bookings from your WordPress dashboard, keeping all booking details in one central place.
• FooEvents Check-ins app: Use the free mobile app to scan tickets and work with custom booking management screens when attendees arrive.
• Customizable terminology: Change the wording for slot names, date labels and attendee terms so the booking interface matches your brand and the service you offer.
