Envira Gallery - Comments Addon

Photo galleries are often one-way: visitors look at the images and leave without saying anything. This addon changes that by adding a comment option to each image in an Envira Gallery. Photographers, artists and other creators can read what viewers think of a specific photo, collect reviews and learn which pieces get the most response.

Comments connect to the WordPress comment system you already use, so moderation and management stay in one place. You can adjust how comments are displayed, turn moderation on or off and approve comments before they appear. It works across multiple galleries, and comments also load inside the lightbox view, including when all images are shown in the lightbox.

Features

• Comments on individual images: Visitors can leave feedback on a single photo instead of on the gallery as a whole, which makes it easier to see what they respond to.
• Uses WordPress comments: The addon works with your site's existing comment system, so moderation and management happen in the same place as the rest of your comments.
• Customizable comment settings: Adjust how comments are displayed, enable or disable moderation and approve user comments to keep conversations relevant and positive.
• Spam filters and moderation tools: Built-in spam filtering and moderation controls help you maintain the quality of the discussion that appears under your images.
• Works with multiple galleries: Turn on comments for any or all of the Envira Galleries you create, which suits sites that mix different types of content.
• Responsive commenting interface: The comment interface is built to work on desktops, tablets and smartphones, so visitors can join in from whichever device they use.
• Comments in the lightbox: Comments load in the lightbox view, including when all images are displayed in the lightbox and images sit on other pagination pages.
• Clear Like button message: If comment settings are missing on a page, the Like button shows a clear message instead of failing silently.
