AutomatorWP - BBForms

Many sites collect information through forms and then handle the follow-up by hand. Someone submits a form, and an admin has to send a message, change a user record or enroll that person in a course. AutomatorWP – BBForms removes that manual step by treating a BuddyBoss Forms submission as a trigger inside AutomatorWP.

You choose which forms or fields start an automation, then pick the actions that should follow. Actions include sending notifications, updating user meta, enrolling users in courses and awarding points. The workflows are built visually, so admins at any experience level can set them up. It fits community, membership and e-learning sites that already use BuddyBoss Forms.

Features

• Form submission triggers: A submitted BuddyBoss Form can start an automation right away, so repetitive follow-up tasks no longer depend on someone handling each entry by hand.
• Specific forms and fields: Pick the exact forms or fields that should fire a trigger, so each automation responds to the user behavior you care about.
• Notification actions: Send notifications automatically when a form is submitted, keeping users and admins informed without manual messages.
• User data updates: Update user meta based on what a person enters in a form, which helps keep member records current.
• Course enrollment and points: Enroll users in courses or award points after a submission, which suits e-learning and community platforms.
• Multi-step workflows: Work with the AutomatorWP automation engine to build workflows that run several steps across your WordPress site.
• Visual, code-free setup: Configure automations through simple visual interfaces. No coding is required, so admins of all levels can manage them.
• Advanced form support: Works with BuddyBoss Forms features such as conditional logic and multi-page forms, along with other advanced form types.
