AutomatorWP - Asgaros Forum

Running a forum by hand takes time. Welcoming new members, thanking active contributors and adjusting roles all need attention. This plugin adds Asgaros Forum triggers and actions to AutomatorWP, so those routine jobs can run on their own whenever members take part in the forum.

You build each workflow in the AutomatorWP interface, picking a forum event and the action that should follow. A new post can award points or a badge, a reply can send a notification, and forum contributions can change a member's role. Because the workflows live in AutomatorWP, they can also connect with other plugins it supports, such as WooCommerce, BuddyPress or LifterLMS.

Features

• Asgaros Forum integration: Connects Asgaros Forum with AutomatorWP so forum-related triggers and actions can run automatically, reducing the manual work involved in managing your community.
• Triggers based on forum activity: Start an automation from specific forum events such as new topics, replies, likes or user registrations, so each workflow responds to what members actually do.
• Rewards for participation: Give members points, badges or custom notifications when they contribute, which encourages them to keep posting and replying in your forum.
• Welcome and re-engage members: Use workflows to greet newcomers, raise user roles as members contribute, or reach out to members who have gone inactive.
• Drag-and-drop workflow builder: Build automation recipes in the AutomatorWP interface by dragging and dropping, with no coding knowledge needed to set up even complex workflows.
• Works with other plugins: Link forum events to other plugins such as WooCommerce, BuddyPress or LifterLMS, so one action in the forum can lead to results elsewhere on your site.
• Logging and analytics: Monitor how your automation workflows perform and how members engage, so you can adjust your forum approach based on what you see.
• Developer hooks and documentation: Extensive documentation and hooks are included for developers who want to customize or extend the plugin to fit specific requirements.
