Bookly Customer Groups gives you a place to define the groups, so each type of client is recognized when they book an appointment.

Once a group exists, you can set its booking conditions, such as availability, booking times or cancellation policies, and give it its own pricing or discounts. The settings are managed from a dashboard in your Bookly setup, and groups can be added, edited or deleted as your client base changes.
