AutomatorWP - Easy Digital Downloads

Running a digital store involves a lot of small, repeated jobs: checking new orders, emailing buyers after a sale, and rewarding people who come back. Doing these by hand takes time and invites mistakes. This plugin lets you describe those jobs once as workflows, so your store carries them out on its own whenever the right event happens.

Each workflow is built from triggers and actions, and you can chain several steps together without writing code. Triggers include purchase completion, cart abandonment and product downloads. The plugin also connects Easy Digital Downloads with other WordPress plugins, such as marketing, membership and CRM tools, so purchase activity can feed the rest of your site.

Features

• Automated purchase management: Track and respond to customer purchases automatically, which cuts down on manual checking of orders and keeps the order process moving.
• Personalized follow-up emails: Send targeted emails based on what a customer has done in your store, such as completing a purchase, so each message arrives at a relevant moment.
• Customer reward automation: Grant discounts and other incentives to loyal customers automatically, so repeat buyers are recognized without you creating each reward by hand.
• Customizable multi-step workflows: Build automation sequences with several steps that match how your store operates. The workflow builder needs no coding.
• Trigger-based actions: Start workflows from events like purchase completion, cart abandonment or product downloads, then attach the follow-ups and store tasks that should happen next.
• Connects with other WordPress plugins: Link Easy Digital Downloads with marketing, membership and CRM plugins so purchase data and actions can be shared across the tools you already run.
• Order creation action: Use the Create a new order action inside a workflow to have orders generated automatically as part of an automated process.
• Analytics tool compatibility: Pass automation information to your analytics tools so you can review how your workflows are performing alongside the rest of your store data.
