AutomatorWP - bbPress

Running an active forum means a lot of repetitive jobs: thanking contributors, telling members about new activity, adjusting permissions as people take part. AutomatorWP – bbPress takes those jobs off your plate by turning forum events into triggers that start automated actions. You set a workflow up once and it runs whenever the event happens.

Because the add-on links bbPress with other plugins and external apps, one forum action can lead to results elsewhere on your site. It works with a no-code interface, so you build and manage triggers and actions without writing code. It suits small forums and larger communities, and it fits support forums, membership sites and niche discussion boards.

Features

• bbPress and AutomatorWP connection: Forum activity in bbPress becomes available inside AutomatorWP, so your forum events can start automated workflows without custom development.
• Participation-based triggers: Start an action when users create topics, post replies or reach certain milestones in your forums.
• Achievements, badges and rewards: Automatically grant achievements, badges or rewards to members who contribute, so their participation gets recognized as it happens.
• Automated notifications: Send emails, alerts or messages triggered by specific forum events, keeping members informed without manual sending.
• Role management automation: Update user roles based on forum activity, which can open up new permissions or content access for active members.
• Cross-plugin connectivity: Link bbPress with other plugins and external apps to expand your automations and shape the journey members follow.
