Bookly Waiting List (Add-on)

Busy service businesses often lose bookings when a client finds a slot taken and simply leaves. A cancellation can then leave a gap that nobody fills in time. This add-on gives those clients a way to stay in line for the time they wanted, so a freed-up slot has someone ready to take it.

It works inside Bookly PRO, so you manage everything from the Bookly admin panel. When a spot opens, staff members and waitlisted customers receive automated notifications. You can then change a client's status from on waiting list to approved with one click. It also works with WordPress sites that use WPML.

Features

• Waiting list for full slots: Clients can join a waiting list for time slots that are already fully booked, which gives you another way to fill appointments and keep customers interested.
• Management in the Bookly admin: Waitlisted customers are handled directly from the Bookly admin panel, so you do not need a separate tool to follow who is waiting.
• Staff notifications: Staff members receive automated alerts when a spot opens, so they can act quickly to fill the vacancy after a cancellation.
• Client notifications: Customers on the waiting list are told automatically when their desired time slot becomes available, which keeps communication clear.
• One-click approval: Change a client's status from on waiting list to approved in a single click, which cuts down manual work when confirming appointments.
• Built for Bookly PRO: The add-on integrates with Bookly PRO Appointment Booking and Scheduling software, so it fits into the booking setup you already run.
• WPML optimized: The add-on is optimized for WordPress websites using WPML, which helps when your booking pages are offered in more than one language.
• Documentation and tutorial videos: Written documentation and tutorial videos are available to help you understand the add-on and put it to use.
