Bookly Custom Fields (Add-on)

Bookly Custom Fields gives you a place to ask for that information at the moment the client books, so you have it before the appointment starts.

You manage the fields from an interface that needs no coding. Pick a field type, place it on the form, and decide whether it is required or optional.
