UsersWP - Private Messaging

Communities often need a way for members to talk privately without leaving the site. UsersWP – Private Messaging adds a chat system modeled on familiar messenger apps. Logged-in users start a conversation with a Message button on user directories, profile pages or the messaging sidebar, and they can pick up past chats from a Messages tab in their profile.

Admins keep control of how conversations behave. You can set message length limits, filter specified words, and let administrators and users block or blacklist people who spam or troll. Members choose who may message them: Everybody, Nobody, Friends or Followers. The message box colors can be matched to your branding, and the layout is responsive and fully translatable, which suits membership sites, social networks and niche communities.
