UsersWP Activity

Community sites often scatter member actions across posts, forums and directory listings, which makes it hard to see who is doing what. UsersWP Activity pulls those actions into one timeline on each profile. Visitors and administrators get a clear record of a member's contributions without checking several places.

The plugin works as an add-on for sites built on UsersWP. It connects with UsersWP Friends, Followers and Groups, along with GeoDirectory and bbPress forums, so activity from each part of the community can appear in the feed. Administrators choose which activity types to track from a dedicated settings page, which keeps the feed matched to how the site is used.

Features

• Activity tab on profiles: Each user profile gets an Activity tab with a timeline of that member's actions, giving other members and administrators one place to review contributions.
• Many activity types tracked: The feed records new posts, comments, friendships, follows, group participation, forum topics and replies, so most common engagement points on a community site are covered.
• Works with UsersWP add-ons: It connects with UsersWP Friends, Followers and Groups, so social actions created through those add-ons can appear in the same profile feed.
• bbPress forum activity: Forum topics and replies from bbPress can be logged and shown on member profiles, which keeps discussion activity visible alongside other actions.
• GeoDirectory compatibility: Listing publications, reviews and favorites from GeoDirectory can be tracked and displayed, which suits directory and local business websites with active members.
• Enable or disable activity types: Administrators can turn specific activity types on or off in the settings, so the feed shows only the actions that matter to the community.
• Sort users by recent activity: Users can be sorted by how recently they were active, which helps surface the most engaged members in listings.
• Translation ready: The plugin is fully translatable, so the Activity tab and its settings can be localized for communities that use other languages.

Best for
