UsersWP - Mailpoet

Once it is connected, registered users on your WordPress site are synced into MailPoet mailing lists, and changes to user roles or profile information carry over to MailPoet as well.

It works with the UsersWP and MailPoet plugins and is managed from a settings panel inside WordPress. You can segment users by role or by custom criteria from your site and send personalized messages to them.
