MonsterInsights - Site Notes Important Events Addon

Analytics numbers rise and fall, and it is easy to forget why. A redesign, a promotion or a round of maintenance may have happened weeks ago, and nobody wrote it down. This add-on puts notes about those events directly in your MonsterInsights dashboard, so the context sits beside the data it explains.

Notes can be added by hand or created automatically from predefined actions. They collect in one chronological timeline that you can search and filter by date, event type or keyword. Team members can share notes too, which helps everyone understand what changed on the site and how it may have affected performance.

Features

• Notes inside your dashboard: Add detailed notes about updates, campaigns or changes directly in the MonsterInsights analytics dashboard, giving context to the data you are reviewing.
• Automated event notes: Notes can be created automatically when predefined actions or significant events occur, so changes affecting your website get recorded without manual entry.
• Chronological timeline view: See every site note in a clear timeline, which makes it easier to compare specific events with traffic and engagement metrics over time.
• Team sharing: Share notes with team members so everyone can follow the history of changes made to the site and understand their impact.
• Search and filter: Search your annotations and filter them by date, event type or keyword to find the notes that matter for the question you are working on.
• Notification alerts: Get alerts when new notes are added or important events occur, which keeps you informed about what is happening on your website.
• Notes linked to analytics: Connect notes with your analytics data to review how real events and their outcomes line up, and use that history when planning SEO work.
