Default WordPress permissions are broad, and giving a writer, editor or shop manager access to everything can clutter their screens and put content at risk. PublishPress Capabilities Pro lets you shape each role so users only see the tools, menus and pages they need. You can build new roles, copy existing ones and adjust their permissions on a single site or across a multisite network.

The control reaches well past posts and pages. You can set rules for taxonomies, the media library, navigation menus, profile screens, the Classic and Block Editors and WooCommerce products, orders and coupons.
