Overview
Content teams often lose track of what is due, who is working on it and where each post stands. PublishPress Planner Pro puts that information inside WordPress. A drag-and-drop calendar shows the publishing schedule, and an overview screen lets you sort posts by status, category or author.
Posts move through stages such as Draft, Pending Review, Scheduled and Published on a Kanban-style board. Notifications tell the right people about changes, and reminders can go out before or after publication dates. It suits a solo blog as much as a larger editorial team that wants one shared view of upcoming content.
Features
- Drag-and-drop content calendar: See the whole publishing schedule in one calendar. Create, reschedule and track content deadlines by dragging posts to new dates.
- Sortable content overview: Review planned content by status, category or author in a sortable dashboard, and print reports of all planned articles.
- Kanban content board: Drag posts between statuses such as Draft, Pending Review, Scheduled and Published to follow editorial progress at a glance.
- Targeted editorial notifications: Set flexible notification controls so alerts about content changes and editorial updates reach the right people at the right time.
- Slack notifications: Receive PublishPress notifications in Slack channels and reply to them without opening WordPress.
- Deadline reminders: Send automatic reminders before or after publication dates so deadlines are not missed and content stays on schedule.
- Google Calendar export: Sync your WordPress content schedule with Google Calendar for easy access and planning across different platforms.
- Post meta in notifications: Use post meta information inside notifications to send personalized updates that fit your content workflow.
