WP Fusion - Downloads Addon

Selling or giving away digital files usually leaves a gap between your website and your CRM. You may not know who downloaded an ebook, a template or a piece of software, and you cannot easily act on it. This addon closes that gap by recording download activity and passing it to your CRM as it happens.

Once a user downloads a file, the addon can apply tags and segments in your CRM based on that action. You can then trigger follow-up emails and build campaigns around what people actually downloaded. It adds to an existing WP Fusion setup, so download management sits alongside the rest of your CRM connection.

Features

• CRM tagging for downloads: Users are tagged and segmented in your CRM automatically based on their download actions, so your contact records reflect what each person has accessed.
• Download tracking: See who has downloaded each digital asset. That record shows which files interest your audience and how individual contacts behave.
• Automated follow-up emails: Trigger personalized email sequences from a download, so contacts hear from you after they get a file and can be guided toward more of your content.
• Segments built on download activity: Create user segments grounded in what people downloaded, then target promotions and campaigns at the groups that match.
• Direct delivery of digital products: Deliver digital products straight to users, which cuts down the manual work involved in sending files by hand.
• Support for multiple file types: Manage and deliver different kinds of digital downloads, including PDFs, videos and software, from the same setup.
• Works with your WP Fusion setup: The addon plugs into an existing WP Fusion installation, so you add download management without building a separate system.
• Responses to user actions: Download behavior feeds your marketing automation, letting your CRM respond to what users do and keep communication relevant.
