WP Fusion - Media Tools Addon

Media on a WordPress site often sits apart from your marketing data. You may know a visitor opened a page, but not whether they watched the video on it. This addon closes that gap by sending media activity to your CRM, so the record for each contact reflects what they actually viewed, including play rates, watch times and completion status.

Once the data flows, you can act on it. Videos and other media can be gated behind user authentication, so only the right audience sees them. Triggers and tags in your CRM respond to how someone interacts, for example when they finish a video or watch only part of it. That suits training courses, marketing campaigns and gated content, where timely follow-up matters.

Features

• CRM connection for media: Link your media content to your CRM so user interactions are recorded without manual entry, keeping contact data current and ready to use.
• Video engagement tracking: Monitor how people engage with your videos, including play rates, watch times and completion status, to see how each piece of content is used.
• Media gating by login: Require users to authenticate before they can view videos and other media, which lets you offer exclusive content to chosen audience segments.
• Automated follow-ups: Trigger emails, tags or other CRM actions based on how a user interacts with your media, such as watching a video fully or partially.
• Customizable triggers and tags: Set specific conditions and apply user tags in your CRM to control your automations and divide your audience into segments.
• Settings in the dashboard: Manage media settings and CRM connections from the WordPress dashboard, using an interface that does not call for complex technical skills.
• More than video: Manage and track other media formats besides video, so the same approach applies across the different kinds of content on your site.
• YouTube player support: YouTube players added to a page through iframe HTML get the enablejsapi=1 parameter added to the URL automatically, so they can be tracked.

Best for

• Marketers who follow up with leads based on video views
• Educators running training courses with gated lessons
• Content creators who restrict media to logged-in users
