The default WordPress Media Library has limited search and editing tools. Fixing alt text, captions or titles usually means opening each file one at a time. This plugin loads your whole media collection into a spreadsheet view, where you can scan rows, sort through them and change many entries together. Edits are saved to your live site as you make them, so there is no export and import round trip.

It fits sites with large media catalogs spread across posts, pages, products and galleries. Multi-condition filters help you locate the files that need attention, and a formulas engine applies mass changes, such as replacing a phrase in descriptions or moving captions into alt text.
