WP Sheet Editor - Users (Premium)

Managing users one profile at a time takes a long time once a site has hundreds or thousands of accounts. This plugin puts user fields in a familiar spreadsheet layout inside the WordPress admin. You can search, filter and sort the list, then change many users in a single pass. Edits apply live on your site, so there is no import and export step to handle.

The plugin covers WooCommerce customer data, custom user meta fields and Advanced Custom Fields user meta. That makes it a fit for online stores, multi-author blogs and community forums. You can also add custom columns, use Excel-like formulas for bulk calculations, and adjust save batches to suit your server.

Features

• Spreadsheet editing for users: Manage user fields in a spreadsheet layout inside the WordPress admin, and update many profiles at once rather than opening each account separately.
• Advanced search and filters: Find users by name, email, user role, location or any custom user meta, so bulk edits reach only the accounts you intend to change.
• Formula support: Use Excel-like formulas to run math operations and data transformations across multiple users in one step.
• WooCommerce customer data: Edit billing, shipping and other customer details in the same spreadsheet, without switching to another screen.
• Custom columns and user meta: Add and edit custom user fields and metadata directly in the sheet, including Advanced Custom Fields user meta.
• Password and email updates: Reset user passwords and update email addresses in bulk, which helps keep accounts secure and contact details current.
• Batch save control: Set saving intervals and batch sizes to balance update speed against server load when you change large numbers of users.
• Column visibility and sorting: Show or hide columns and sort the data to build a view that matches how you work through your user list.

Best for

• WooCommerce stores that need to update customer profiles in bulk
• Multi-author blogs with many contributor accounts
