Profile Builder - Multi-Step Forms Add-on

Long sign-up forms can overwhelm visitors, and some leave before they finish. This add-on addresses that by dividing a registration or edit profile form into segments. Each segment shows only part of the form, which makes a big set of fields feel more manageable. Site administrators decide where the form breaks, so the flow follows the way the information naturally groups together.

It works with the forms you already have in Profile Builder Pro. You add or remove break points with a simple click, and you can switch multi-step behavior on or off for specific forms. Pagination and tabbed navigation help visitors see where they are. It suits membership sites, online stores and communities that collect detailed profile information, and no coding is needed to adjust the layout and flow.

Features

• Add form break points: Click the plus sign to split a registration or edit profile form into logical sections, turning one lengthy form into several shorter steps.
• Remove break points quickly: Click the minus sign to take a break point out. You can change the user's path through the form whenever your needs change.
• Choose which forms use steps: Enable or disable multi-step behavior on specific forms, so only the forms that benefit from segmenting are changed.
• Pagination navigation: Built-in pagination lets users move through the steps of a form and see clear progress indicators along the way.
• Tabbed navigation: Tabbed navigation is available as an alternative, with customizable styling so visitors can see and move between the sections of a form.
• Works with Profile Builder Pro: The add-on is built for existing Profile Builder forms, so registration and profile editing stay managed in one place.
• Layout and flow control: Adjust the layout and flow of your multi-step forms to match the look and needs of your site, without writing code.
