Profile Builder - Social Connect Add-on

Traditional registration forms ask visitors to invent a username, choose a password and confirm an email address. Many people give up at that point. This add-on offers a one-click alternative: a visitor picks a social network they already use and signs in with it. The supported networks are Facebook, Google, Twitter and LinkedIn.

The add-on belongs to the Profile Builder Pro suite, so it fits sites that already use Profile Builder for registration and profile management. You choose which forms show the social buttons, place them before or after the form fields, and set their size and wording. Existing users can also link their accounts to a social profile, so they can sign in either way.

Features

• Social login networks: Visitors can register and log in with Facebook, Google, Twitter or LinkedIn, using accounts they already have instead of creating new credentials.
• Choose which forms show buttons: Select the registration or login forms that display social login buttons, so the feature appears only where it fits the flow of your site.
• Flexible button placement: Position the social login buttons before or after the form fields, depending on how visible you want them to be on each form.
• Large or small buttons: Use large buttons with social icons and text, or compact small buttons that show icons only, to match the look of your site.
• Editable button text: Change the wording on large buttons to fit your own calls to action and keep the language consistent with your brand.
• Custom headings for small buttons: Add a heading before the small buttons to tell users what they do, which makes the sign-in options clearer on the page.
• Account linking: Existing users can connect their current profile to a social media account, which gives them another way to log in.
• Part of Profile Builder Pro: The add-on is included with the Profile Builder Pro plans (Agency, Basic and Pro), alongside the suite's registration and profile management tools.
