Order emails are easy to miss. This plugin gives store owners a second channel: an SMS sent straight to the customer's phone each time an order moves to a new status. Messages go out automatically, so you do not have to text anyone by hand, and customers hear about confirmations, shipments and deliveries as they happen.

Customers can choose to receive texts through an opt-in checkbox at checkout. The message text is yours to edit, with details such as store name, order ID, order amount and order status filled in for each order. The plugin also works with custom order statuses, so your own workflow can trigger notifications. Delivery results appear in the Order Notes, which helps you spot problems quickly.
