Standard WooCommerce reviews are plain text with a star rating. This plugin adds richer input: photo and video attachments, review qualifiers (custom dropdown questions about things like fit, comfort or performance), and a way for customers to ask questions and post standalone photos or videos with comments. Customers can also update an existing review instead of posting a second one.

On the reading side, shoppers can filter and sort reviews by star rating, helpfulness and recency, upvote or downvote reviews, and flag inappropriate ones. Store owners get a separate reviews management screen, display thresholds that hold reviews back until enough feedback exists, and badges that mark replies from admins or employees.
