This plugin gives them that option in your WooCommerce store, so they can place an order and pay later against a purchase order number you issued through your internal purchasing system.

Once the gateway is on, a dedicated field appears on the checkout page for the purchase order number. Orders placed this way are set to on hold until you review and complete them manually, which keeps order management in your hands.
