Overview
Refunds send money out of your store. Store credit keeps that value in your shop and gives the customer a reason to come back. This plugin turns credit into a coupon that can be used more than once, until the balance runs out or the coupon expires. It can cover part of an order or all of it, and customers can pay any remaining amount with another payment method.
You decide how each credit behaves. Limit it to certain products or categories, apply it to shipping, and choose whether it counts before or after taxes. Coupons can be used alone or combined with other coupons and promotions. Credits can be sent to customers by email, with formats and messages you can edit, which suits shops that handle refunds, gifts and goodwill gestures.
