WP Sheet Editor - EDD Downloads Pro

Managing a digital store one product at a time gets slow once the catalog grows. The standard WordPress admin screens make you open every download to change a price, fix an image or update a description. This plugin replaces that routine with a spreadsheet built for EDD products, where each download is a row and each attribute is a column. Edits save live on your site, with no import or export step.

The spreadsheet handles the data that makes EDD products complex, including bundles, variable pricing, multiple files and custom fields. It also picks up custom fields and metadata added by other plugins. You can search and filter to find the exact downloads you want, then change them in bulk with formulas or by pasting in data from Excel or Google Sheets. It runs inside the WordPress dashboard.

Features

• Bulk editing in a spreadsheet: Edit hundreds or thousands of EDD downloads at once in a familiar spreadsheet layout, instead of opening each product on its own admin screen.
• Live saving without import or export: Changes are saved directly to your site as you edit, so there are no files to export and re-import and updates appear right away.
• Advanced search and filtering: Find downloads by category, pricing, bundles, missing images, dates, custom fields and more, using several conditional filters together.
• Formulas for bulk changes: Raise prices by a percentage, replace text in descriptions or copy data from one product to others with formulas applied across many rows.
• Bundles, variable pricing and files: Manage bundles, multiple variable prices and the files attached to each download directly in the spreadsheet without switching screens.
• Custom fields and metadata: Custom fields added by other plugins are detected and editable, including support for the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, so all product data sits in one place.
• Paste from Excel or Google Sheets: Create or update products by copying data from Excel or Google Sheets and pasting it into the editor, which speeds up bulk product setup.
• Template products and flexible columns: Create a master template download to auto-fill new products, and resize, rename, reorder, hide or show columns to suit your workflow.
