WPForms Make

Many sites collect leads, orders or requests through forms, then move that data by hand into a CRM, a spreadsheet or a chat app. That work is slow and mistakes creep in. This addon sends the data on its own, so a submission can start the follow-up tasks you set up in Make.

You design the workflow in Make's visual editor, where steps can run across several apps based on what a visitor entered in the form. Field mapping inside the form builder controls which form values go to which connection. It suits small sites and larger teams who already use WPForms and want their forms to feed other tools.
