WP Mail SMTP Pro

WordPress sends email in a basic way that many mail servers distrust, so contact form replies, order messages and other notifications can land in spam or vanish. WP Mail SMTP Pro changes the sending method. It reconfigures WordPress to use the SMTP settings of a provider you choose, and it authenticates your messages so they are treated as legitimate mail.

Once mail is flowing, the plugin gives you tools to watch and manage it. You can keep a log of sent emails, read deliverability graphs, track opens and clicks, and get alerts when a message fails. Smart routing and a backup connection let you split mail between providers and keep sending if one fails. It suits anything from a small blog to a busy store.

Features

• Multiple SMTP provider connections: Connect your site to providers such as SendLayer, SMTP.com and Brevo, so you can pick the service that fits your needs for speed, reliability and budget.
• Detailed email log: Keep a record of every email sent from your WordPress site, which makes tracking messages and troubleshooting delivery problems much easier.
• Email reports with graphs: View deliverability statistics as graphs inside WordPress, so you can judge how your email is performing and make decisions from actual numbers.
• Open and click tracking: See how recipients engage with your messages by tracking opens and link clicks directly from your WordPress dashboard.
• Backup connection: Set up a secondary SMTP provider as a failover, so email keeps going out if your main provider has a problem.
• Smart email routing: Use conditional logic to send different types of email through the provider best suited to each one.
• Email failure alerts: Get notified when an email fails to send, so you can find the cause and fix it quickly.
• Weekly email summaries: Receive an automated weekly deliverability update by email, so you can keep an eye on sending without opening the dashboard.
